San Rafael Fire Department can submit grant requests using the downloadable form located farther down this page. Once the grant request is received by the Foundation, it will be reviewed by the Board of Directors for further action. If the request is declined, the submitter will be notified via the contact information provided in the grant request form. If the grant request is approved, the submitter will be notified with additional questions about the grant request, if needed.
Once a grant request is approved and funded, the resource(s) to which the request was directed will be obtained by the Foundation and delivered by SRFF to the San Rafael Fire Department unit from which the request was submitted.
